Fixing a Broken Seam

This might be more of a bigger guy issue, or a not very coordinated issue but anyone here pop a seam when taking a suit on or off. They are tight after all? It could have also been purchased that way, so the main question I have is if anyone knows that's fixable? I can show pics if anyone wants to see.

Note that if repairing it yourself you need elasticated thread as otherwise it will just rip throught the fabric as stretches!

It's a total nightmare to do it yourself and virtually impossible. It's usually a normal thread it's keeping the material under the same tension is the problem and you certainly need a sewing machine. So yes you need to take it to a local repair shop, I've found one to put a new zip in so it can be done!

Oh man, it happened again! But this time it was a pair of seamless tights. Glue? It seems like the spandex was just attached to an under piece not sewn to anything.
